Jason is the former Commissioner of the New York City Mayor's Office for People With Disabilities under Mayor Michael Bloomberg, having served for the agency for almost ten (10) years.  He has extensive knowledge of the Americans With Disabilities Act, as well as Federal, State and local Human Rights laws, having co-authored a number of significant and influential articles and white papers, including:
